Active Air LLC provides preventive maintenance for commercial rooftop HVAC systems serving restaurants, offices, retail businesses, and other light-commercial properties.
Our maintenance service is designed to help maintain system performance, improve reliability, and identify potential problems before they become costly repairs.
Complete rooftop unit inspection
Inspect cabinet, panels, insulation, and visible corrosion
Inspect and replace standard filters when included and accessible
Inspect blower, motors, belts, pulleys, and bearings where applicable
Inspect and clean condenser and evaporator coils as needed
Check condenser fan and compressor operation
Check refrigerant pressures and operating temperatures
Inspect accessible refrigerant piping for signs of leakage
Inspect condensate pan, drain, and trap
Inspect electrical wiring, contactors, capacitors, and controls
Check operating voltage and motor/compressor amp draw
Inspect heating components on gas-fired units
Check burners, ignition, gas pressure, venting, and safety controls where applicable
Inspect economizers, dampers, and sensors where applicable
Test heating and cooling operation
Check supply and return temperatures
Provide a summary of conditions found and recommended repairs
The $395 maintenance price covers standard preventive maintenance. Repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, extensive coil or equipment cleaning, electrical work, roof repairs, crane services, or corrective work are not included and will be quoted separately.
