Our annual oil heating maintenance includes a thorough inspection and cleaning of the oil burner and boiler, replacement of the oil nozzle, oil filter, and pump strainer, vacuuming and cleaning of the boiler and flue passages as needed, bleeding the oil system, and checking the burner, ignition, electrodes, safety controls, and overall system operation.
We also check for visible issues that may affect the performance, reliability, or safe operation of your heating system and make sure the boiler is operating properly before we leave.
Additional cleaning and service charges may apply if the oil boiler has not been professionally maintained within the past three years. Older systems that have been neglected may require additional time, cleaning, parts, or corrective work beyond the standard annual maintenance service.
